PAUL CABLE
Director
Paul sits on the Investment Committees for Alpha Real Capital's long income funds and on the Credit Committee for their property lending activities. He was previously European Funds Director for Alpha Real Capital LLP and the fund manager for their French and Spanish property fund, from inception to realisation. He has over 40 years’ experience in the real estate and banking industries in the UK, Europe and the Far East.
He has been Chief Executive of Pacific Investments' property subsidiary, The General Property Investment Company Limited, investing in Europe and the Far East, Head of the Property Finance Group at Baring Brothers in London and Senior Representative in Tokyo.
He has worked in the investment advisory departments of DTZ (now Cushman & Wakefield) and Knight Frank and is qualified as a Chartered Surveyor.
ANDREW RAMAGGE

Andrew Ramagge has run his own companies since 1992, initially as advisors (Ramagge & Co).
In 1997, he launched a number of property companies including Fairlawn Developments and Windsor Fairlawn (commercial investments and development) and Allied Portland Estates (investment, asset management).
RUPERT HARDING
Director
Rupert Harding has run his own companies since 1992, initially as advisors (Harding Associates and Ramagge & Co, the latter with Andrew Ramagge).
In 1997, he launched a number of property companies including Clarence Mill Developments (retail & residential) and Casper Douglas Properties (Commercial and Residential refurbishment and development).
